Requirements:

o Experience of SharePoint Online administration
o Experience with Dynamics 365
o Experience with Power Automate Development
o Experience with Dataverse & Power Platform Knowledge
o Proven experience in M365 Governance & Integration:
o Collection and understanding of business requirements, primarily around change requests:
o Documentation of business requirements
o Document workflows and results of business analysis
o Analysis of business requirements
o Translation of requirements into functional specifications
o Translation of requirements into detailed test plans.
o Management of deadlines
o Management of approved change requests
o Strong facilitation skills
o Agile Scrum methodology
o Issue & Project Tracking Software (TFS)

Desirable skills :
o Knowledge or experience of applications within Further Education and / or Higher Education
o Software development knowledge or experience
